We do not allow any return of our products or provide a refund for any products sold by us. Notwithstanding anything in this policy, we retain complete discretion to process or withhold a request for return or refund.
- After an order has been placed and a request for cancellation has been initiated in accordance with this policy, you will be eligible for a refund provided the product has not been shipped from our warehouse.
- When an order for a product has been placed and we do not have stock of the said product, we will initiate a refund of the amount paid by you.
- In the event where you have received a defective or damaged product, we will endeavour to replace the product with a new one or connect you to the vendor directly to claim warranty provided that a proper proof in the form of video or photo of the damage, packaging and receipt is shared with us. In case your return has been accepted, you will have to courier the defective/damaged product along with the receipt to [mention the address].
Any refund initiated will be subjected to a deduction of transaction fee.
